The 20 year-old French defender Mohamed Simakan of RC Strasbourg was announced injured and is set to have an operation that should keep him away from the pitch for a period of 2 months. The player is linked with a move to the Rossoneri club despite the injury.
According to Corriere della Sera, "Simakan knocked out, but the negotiation goes on". The Rossoneri do not let go of the defender despite his recent knee injury.
The negotiation therefore remains open, but Milan will understandably want to first ascertain the physical condition of Simakan.
