As if it were not enough that AC Milan are already suffering from the absences of Ismael Bennacer, Alexis Saelemaekers, Matteo Gabbia due to injury and the positivity of Ante Rebic and Rade Krunic to Covid-19, Milan have announced that two more players have tested positive to the virus.
Hakan Calhanoglu and Theo Hernàndez have returned a positive test to COVID. They are set to miss the next game, obviously. Therefore, the list of absences at Milanello grows longer.
Informed the competent health authorities, the two players, asymptomatic, were immediately placed in home quarantine. All other players and staff will continue to be monitored closely according to the indications of the health protocols, as per the official club announcement.
