This special ranking takes into account the amount spent by the clubs in the last 10 transfer market windows.
AC Milan is listed as the second Italian team with the highest deficit in Italy with -€311 million (577 million euros spent against 266 million euros earned ) and eighth in Europe.
First among the Italian teams is Inter with a deficit of -€386 million, while among the foreign ones the first is Manchester City with -631 million.
