AC Milan's management have made valuable winter transfer market operations by signing three players on a low cost, two of them on loan: Soualiho Meité and Fikayo Tomori and one as a free agent: Mario Mandzukic.
However, it seems that Maldini and Massara do not stop there, work in the mercato is always ongoing. Now, the planning goes towards the summer market.
In fact, according to what is being reported in the latest edition of Tuttosport, Paolo Maldini wants to gift coach Stefano Pioli a player who has long been in the agenda of the team, even during the Chinese onwnership's time.
Maldini wants to sign 27 year-old International Italian striker of Torino: Andrea Belotti. But, there are conditions. The club would only go ahead with the deal if the team achieves the much desired Champions League qualification which would bring a significant amount of money to Milan's coffers.
The attacker can arrive either whether Ibrahimovic remains or not. Much will depend on how Torino end their Serie A league campaign and where they end up in the rankings.
In any case, AC Milan management are serious on this front and they will do more than just thinking when it comes to "Il Gallo" Belotti, confirmed the newspaper.
