The Red Star playmaker Filippo Falco spoke to Tuttosport's microphones in view of the game against AC Milan for the Europa League fixture tomorrow. Here are his statements:
“I really want to show off in this match against the Rossoneri. I came to Belgrade to start something new and important. The club believes in me and considers me the right reinforcement for this team."
"My new teammates have welcomed me very well. Falcinelli? We have known each other for a long time, I appreciate him both as a man and as a footballer. Physically, I'm fine, but I lack the pace of the match a bit because I haven't played much lately. The level of Serbian football is very high. I admire Dejan Stankovic a lot, he won everything with the Inter shirt and brought the winning mentality to Serbia. Tomorrow, against Milan, we will show that we have an important team."
On the Rossoneri team:
"I played with Kessie in Cesena, I know him well and I appreciate him very much. We all know that Milan's footballers are phenomenal, from Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Ante Rebic and Hakan Calhanoglu. They are all world class players. We respect them, but we don't overestimate them. We are ready to fight them, to be courageous and strong. We know who the favourite is, but if we are given an opportunity to surprise them, we have to take it."
