Hakim Ziyech signed before the end of last season on a pre-contract agreement that saw him join Chelsea from Ajax after he had showed his qualities and abilities to make a difference at the big stages.
The 27 year-old versatile attacking midfielder from Morocco did not, however, manage to make a very good impression at Stamford Bridge, at least not as much as Chelsea fans had hoped, with the former head coach Frank Lampard.
There were only glimpses of his qualities but he never managed to grab the attention and appeal with continuity.
Then, reports mentioned that Hakim Ziyech could be out of Chelsea with AC Milan being one of the clubs interested in securing his services.
However, the latest news arrive from the reliable Fabrizio Romano who denied, on his podcast (via Route1Futbol on Twitter), that there were not really any negotiations to bring the player to the San Siro.
