After the injuries of Ismael Bennacer and Mario Mandzukic following the game against Red Star Belgrade last Thursday, AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli was inevitably asked about the form of his two players.
On Mandzukic:
"He had a very slight injury, he was already working today. I hope it won't be a long absence, he was getting into condition."
On Bennacer:
"He did not have a relapse, the muscle struggles to find elasticity, I hope to recover him back soon."
