According to Tuttosport, AC Milan defensive duo Davide Calabria and captain Alessio Romagnoli are in doubt for the match against Napoli at the San Siro on Sunday night.
The Rossoneri defenders are in a race to be fit and available for selection by Stefano Pioli, the medical staff will be evaluating them today but it is very unlikely they will play the match.
