Through the microphones of SassuoloChannelas, the Neroverde's head coach Roberto De Zerbi has spoken ahead of the game opposing his side to AC Milan tomorrow in Serie A. Here are his statements:
On Milan being part of the Superleague:
"I wouldn't like to play the game tomorrow because Milan are part of these three teams and I told the players and Carnevali. If Carnevali obliges me to go, of course I will go there. But I was upset."
On Milan this season:
"They had an amazing championship. We could have lost the first leg anyway but it annoys you to take that goal after 6 seconds. It's something that has burned for a long time because you prepare for the match paying attention to every kind of detail. But Milan have beaten many teams this year, there can be defeat. I hope it will be a match in which if we have to concede a goal it will be more thanks to the opponent than our carelessness."
On the game:
"Milan are aggressive, the game is played with everyone and we are the same. We try to go to try to do the usual Sassuolo, to try to play as much as we are allowed because they are strong opponents, trying to win clearly."
