Luca Percassi, the CEO of Atalanta has spoken about Milan, Inter and Juventus who were of the Superleague. Here are his statements:
On Milan, Inter and Juventus:
"To err is human and these clubs have retraced their steps. Serie A needs everyone, the beauty of football is to represent the big realities as well as the small ones but they all deserve respect, there is a need for a Serie A that has Juventus, Inter and Milan, like Atalanta, Benevento or Cagliari. As Serie A we need everyone. I repeat, in our opinion, it is unthinkable to pursue arguments like this because Juve, Inter and Milan must be part of our Serie A for the value they represent".
On expulsions:
"We have not asked for the expulsion of any club, Atalanta has never expressed itself in this sense."
