The Super League effect had a first consequence on Serie A: Paolo Scaroni, president of AC Milan, has resigned as a Lega councilor. A desire that emerged yesterday in the assembly, but already announced in a letter of 28 April addressed to Paolo Dal Pino of Serie A.
Dal Pino, during yesterday's post-meeting note writes, thanked Scaroni "for the precious contribution in the performance of his functions".
The Resignation is on the table, writes La Gazzetta dello Sport, but not yet discussed in the assembly and that it is not taken for granted that they will be accepted.
