AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has spoken about the coaching job during an interview published on the Instagram profile of the Rossoneri's sponsor Harmont & Blaine. Here are his words:
"At the beginning I always tried to grow, study and learn. Milan style is elegance, respect for the rules and for others, inside this is your personality and your way of doing and being. Football is constantly evolving, you live in a different way than in the past. It is difficult to say what will happen in the future, we coaches always want to propose something new. Those who anticipate the times arrive first at success. Everyone tries to find something to surprise their opponents. Now we play with great intensity and the player has to think faster and faster. We must try to train more and more players in this respect."
