Gazzetta: All possible scenarios for the Champions League final sprint

Last day of the championship with a final, heavy, verdict to give. Milan, Napoli and Juventus are still in the running for two places in the Champions League.

One will have to settle for the Europa League instead. Milan and Napoli are third and fourth (with the Rossoneri in front for the direct clashes) both with 76 points; Juve is fifth at 75.

Let's see what would happen based on the results of Atalanta-Milan, Napoli-Verona and Bologna Juventus, writes Gazzetta dello Sport.

AC Milan:

With a success against Atalanta, the Rossoneri would be certain of access to the Champions League and second place. With a draw, combined with two wins from Napoli and Juve, they would slide to fifth. A draw would be enough for the Rossoneri to return to the Champions League if at least one of Napoli or Juve do not win. There is also a hypothesis of qualification in the event of a knockout in Bergamo and is linked to a defeat of Napoli or a failure of Juve.

Napoli:

Napoli would be to accomplish a top 4 finish by winning against Verona, but they can also qualify by drawing, if Milan loses or Juventus does not win, or by losing if Il Bianconeri does not win.

Juventus:

A finish on equal points would not let the Bianconeri access the Champions League edition of the next season. In fact, they are obliged to beat Bologna at the Dall'Ara and hope that one of the two rivals does not grab the three points.
