Now, the England international is apparently heading into leaving the London-based team amid strong interest from a host of European giants, including AC Milan.
According to the latest informations provided by ESPN, Chelsea are ready to join the race for Tottenham's star frontman Harry Kane, and with club chairman Daniel Levy likely to demand a fee in the region of £150 million, the club's representatives are willing to offer Abraham, among others, in the deal, in order to lower the price tag.
