Speaking to Sky Sport, Daniele Bonera, Milan former player and one of the collaborators and assistants of coach Stefano Pioli commented on the season's end of the Rossoneri. Here are his words when he saw his former teammate Santi Cazorla
"I'm very happy to see you. For Villareal, it would be a great victory with a closure to a circle. I know how much the club invested to reach the final of the competition. Cazorla is one of the five strongest players I've played with. His ball control skills is amazing."
On AC Milan:
"We had a very important season like the owners and managers did say. Now, we must rest to recharge our batteries in order to be ready for the next obligations. We need to relax."
On Stefano Pioli:
"He's a very balanced person. He is always prepared and organised. I was amazed how he was able to keep the whole squad cohesive. I learned a lot in my second year as a collaborator. The idea of being a head coach is there, but for now, I concentrate on my current contribution work."
