Legendary former AC Milan centre-back Alessandro Nesta spoke to the media during an event today. This is what he had to say about Milan:
"What Milan did was a very important job. Many teams this year wanted to qualify for the Champions League, and it was not so obvious that Milan would reach second place."
On Pioli:
"Coach Stefano Pioli did a very good job. I am satisfied and very happy for Milan's performances."
On Donnarumma:
"I have never commented about his situation and I never talked about him or Mino Raiola. Honestly, I don't care because every individual can make their own choices, and Milan took their decision. In modern football, you do what you want. I don't feel like judging someone else's choices."
