AC Milan want to strengthen the attack, there is no doubt about it, especially after learning that Zlatan Ibrahimovic's condition could be harder than expected. The name that is on top of the list is reportedly Olivier Giroud of Chelsea, but he's not the only profile.
The Rossoneri could sign another forward, probably a young player that would grow besides the two big names Ibra and Giroud.
According to the daily Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, in Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara's sights, there is also the name of Marcos Paulo, a Brazilian talent owned by Fluminense.
In fact, the managers had contacts with the player's agent. The attacker was taken out of his team because he refused a contract renewal. The 20 year-old's deal expires in June 30.
It would be a great mercato shot to land by the Milanese board, but it will not be easy as Atletico Madrid have been on the player's trail since January.
Paolo Maldini does not intend to participate in an auction for the striker but, more updates should follow soon regarding this potential deal.
