Amine Adli is a profile that is heavily linked to AC Milan. He is 21 years old, capable of occupying the second striker position as well as winger. The Rossoneri are understood to be on his trail and trying to sign him from his Ligue 2 team Toulouse.
However, Milan are not the only admirers of the player, reports Tuttosport. In fact, Ligue 1 club Marseille are also admirers of the talented jewel.
Paolo Maldini has bid a formal offer of 5 million euros + 2 million euros in bonuses, which is close to what Toulouse asks for: 8 million euros.
Milan and Marseille have had contact with Adli's entourage, from which a response is expected by the end of the week.
The Rossoneri board is hoping to beat Marseille in this race as they already made moves for Adli in the previous mercato session, however Toulouse's president blocked the deal as he was relying on his young talented star to help the team get the promotion to Ligue 1. That accomplishment was not completed as the club failed in the playoffs stage.
Now, an exit for Adli must happen soon, because his contract ends next year.
