Sandro Tonali will remain with AC Milan. He finished the season with the Rossoneri where he showed glimpses of his talent. He did not manage to become a regular starter but he earned many chances rotating and replacing Ismael Bennacer whenever needed.
Sky Sport journalist Luca Marchetti takes stock of the situation and says the following:
"Next week Milan and Brescia will close the operation for Tonali. It was not in question. Milan wanted to already be done with it this week, but it was an optimistic solution. The figures agreed a year ago are no longer valid. Milan obtained a discount of about 20/30% compared to how the operation was structured before. Moreover,there are young players at Milan who are liked by Brescia."
