Torino's new head coach Ivan Juric has broken the silence over the future of club's captain and star striker Andrea Belotti, whose contract with the Torro is due to expire by the end of the next season, amid reported interest from numerous Italian sides, including AC Milan. Here is what he said:
"He is a top player, also for his way of doing football. But I told the Gallo, I didn't like him in the last six months. He will choose if it is time to change or if he comes to tell me that he is my captain and comes to do battle with me. We want to take a path and there is no place for unhappy people. In the last year he has not been the usual Gallo, I don't know why, what has changed from arriving in Europe to fighting for salvation.”
