The Rossoneri market men at Casa Milan are still thinking of ways to reinforce the midfield area for Stefano Pioli in view of the transfer session this summer, despite having redeemed Sandro Tonali.
There is a hot axis between Il Diavolo and the Blues. After signing Fikayo Tomori permanently, and when the Giroud deal is secured, the Rossoneri will turn their eyes to Tiémoué Bakayoko who is familiar with Milanello and Serie A after two loan spells with the red and black side of Milano and Napoli.
The player will start training with the Blues in the next few days, but his will is to return to Milan.
As explained by today's edition of Tuttosport, it will not be easy to deal with Chelsea, as usual. The player's contract is due to expire in one year, but Chelsea have the option to extend it by one year, which they will exercise. That way, Bakayoko's pricetag will increase. Then, the technical director would attempt to sign him on loan with a buy-option.
However, if Bakayoko does not come to Milan, then eyes will be on Marseille's young star who is 21 years old: Boubacar Kamara. He can play as a central midfielder and a centre-back. His contract expires next year in June 30. Marseille, for their part, have set their asking price to be at 20 million euros. But, Milan's first offer was just 12 million euros. Olympique de Marseille are not open for any technical counterpart or exchange operations, they just want to be able to monetise as much as they can.
