AC Milan's coach, Stefano Pioli, has decided that in this summer preparation the Milan players will not have to stay in a retreat for the pre-season.
Commenting on this decision, mental coach Stefan Tirelli, who had plenty of experience at Chelsea and with Fabio Capello in England, told Tuttosport:
"From my experience of many years in the Premier League, I agree with the choice of Pioli. What counts are the attitudes inside the sports center, from when you enter until you leave. There must be maximum intensity during training sessions, and maximum concentration in what you do and what you're asked of."
"We are talking about athletes", said the experienced mental coach, "these are professionals who know how to behave. At home, they can continue with a good diet, a good sleep pattern and motivation."
