AC Milan club president, Paolo Scaroni, entrusted La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper with an interview regarding the stadiums reopening and the government decree that allows up to 50% of the capacity:
"I say that they must be reopened to 100%, as they are doing in England, France or Spain. I think that the green pass is a sufficient guarantee to be able to welcome everyone. If, then, for a criterion of caution, you choose to open only at 50%, which as mentioned I consider largely insufficient, at least it must be a 50%."
He continued: "There is another aspect that is very close to my heart: the opening of the stadiums is a social entourage, a moment in which young people finally find themselves. The stadiums cannot be half-empty, because football isn't like that. "
