The quest for an attacking midfielder is ongoing at Casa Milan. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are working hard while evaluating profiles and opportunities.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport today, AC Milan want to sign the Moroccan international of Chelsea Hakim Ziyech on a loan move as it could be an opportunity at the end of the transfer market.
The source adds that signing the former Ajax star could be the last minute opportunity. The 28-year-old player would be the dream signing. If a deal were to happen, he would be the starter of the team.
But, the newspaper also writes that there are alternatives to Ziyech. The names on the list are: Isco, and Ceballos.
Then, there is Josip Ilicic as Atalanta is requesting 7 million euros. AC Milan, however, would be willing to spend just half of that fee to sign the 33-year-old Slovenian.
