After the friendly match against Valencia, Fikayo Tomori spoke to the microphones of Milan TV. Here are his words:
"It's a pity we didn't manage to win on penalties, but the goal of the pre-season is to get in shape. We played against a good team. and it's nice to see the fans back at the stadium. We are fine, there were no injuries and it's positive. Real Madrid is waiting for us on Saturday, it's a difficult game but it will be another opportunity to find the rhythm of the game."
On his own personal moment now at the club:
"I am fine, I remained in shape. I'm ready for the new season. I am energised. I will play my first season in full and I am happy, everyone is. I am really well, we hope to continue like this."
Tomori spoke about the new signings as well:
"They are integrating well. I think the language has helped because we have a lot of French people, so everyone can speak and help each other translate. They are learning Italian: Maignan today in the locker room was saying how to position oneself on set pieces in Italian and this is good for the group, good for morale and I am sure that we will become more and more united with the passing of the season."
