Pietro Pellegri joined AC Milan today after passing the medical visits. He will be available to coach Stefano Pioli in order to reinforce the attack which already sees the presence of Olivier Giroud as well as Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The young Italian striker released these words to Milan TV:
"I only have positive feelings - he said - because I returned to Italy and to a great club like Milan. It is a chance to redeem myself and return to my home in Italy. It's since I was little that my father passed on his passion for football to me and playing for one of the biggest clubs in the history of football is spectacular."
Pellegri continued to say:
"I have a great desire to grow and improve, I will try to learn the best by looking at my team mates like Ibra and Giroud who are two great champions. I really like attacking the depth and shooting in space. My family is everything to me, they helped me a lot by staying close to me in difficult and beautiful moments."
On the Milan players:
"I can't wait to start and to train with my new teammates. I wrote to Ballo-Touré before formalizing everything and he also advised me to come here. It is a fantastic and professional club. I remember Ronaldinho, Inzaghi, Ronaldo the Phenomenon, Seedorf, Pirlo. I was little and I saw them play, it's a dream to play in this team today."
