Davide Calabria, now captain of AC Milan squad while Alessio Romagnoli sits on the bench, spoke to Milan TV after the end of the Milan-Cagliari game which ended 4-1 for the Rossoneri. Here are the words of the Italian right-back:
"It is wonderful to see the fans again in the San Siro. The empathy that has been created with the fans, the positive moment that has been going on for months, it is beautiful."
On the secret of the group:
"We have been working together for many months, we feel good off the pitch. The extra run-up in a match changes your life and leads you to have the result. I'm very happy with what the team is doing."
On the difference in the form of Calabria in the period of the past year and a half:
"I changed my mentality. I worked a lot on myself, and now the results are showing. I have someone who helps me, I am open to everything. Now I enjoy it, in the end it's football. I changed my thinking. The team has turned, we were coming from difficult years. The fans are now on our side, we are doing well and we must continue to work like this, including myself."
