Arrigo Sacchi, wrote his usual piece for La Gazzetta dello Sport today and had this to say about AC Milan:
"Milan has a collective spirit in the squad and way of work. The team attacks, makes pressing and has courage"
The former legendary coach continued to praise the work of the players and Stefano Pioli:
"Pioli put the game at the center of the project and it shows: he dominated against Cagliari, and there were no Donnarumma, Ibrahimovic, Calhanoglu, Kessie, or Bennacer. There is only an idea, and everyone available is working apply it."
The Italian former tactician, however, warned Milan:
"Now, however, do not think that Milan has arrived yet."
