Nikola Vlasic was heavily linked with a move to AC Milan in the summer's transfer market window. The player moved eventually to Premier League side West Ham.
The attacking midfielder's father, Josko Vlasic, said the following words to vecernji.hr:
"Nikola should have gone to AC Milan. The Rossoneri wanted him, but the two clubs have not found an economic agreement."
The Croatian international signed to West Ham for a fee around 28 million euros plus bonuses coming from CSKA Moscow.
