AC Milan are taking a new path in the coaching staff as they want to become more modern in order to improve the team's performance, health and all that relates to it.
There are rumours of a new figure joining the club, this figure is present, usually, with Anglo-Saxon sports clubs and in particular the Premier League teams.
Milan will be hiring a performance supervisor who will manage collecting players data in matches, training and physical troubles of the Milan players in order to prevent the injuries.
