Former player of Juventus and Barcelona, Lilian Thuram, spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport about Juventus mainly, but he was also asked about AC Milan's striker Olivier Giroud who signed this summer coming from Chelsea.
"He is great. He has always done well. He is an example. There is also Theo Hernandez whom I know well. He was with my son in the national team. Tomorrow, it will be a good match against Juventus."
Giroud will unfortunately not be able to take part of tomorrow's fixture in Turin. He is suffering from lower back pain. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will also not be able to contribute to the team due to Achilles tendon inflammation.
Stefano Pioli will have to rely on the services of Croatian forward Ante Rebic who has been doing well lately.
