Ismael Bennacer, who played a good game against Atlético Madrid, despite the loss, has made his feelings known about the referee and the match overall as he spoke to SportMediaset:
"When you lose like this, even doing a good test and giving everything, it's hard. Big games are played on small details, it's always bad to lose like this. I talk about everything. It's a bit tough, but that's the way it is and we have to respect what happened. There is the VAR and there is the referee, they make the decisions, we can not do anything. We just have to lower our heads and concentrate on the next match."
