Rafael Leao, AC Milan's talented Portuguese winger, spoke to Sky Sport after the final result of the match against Atlético Madrid which ended in the Spaniards' favour 2-1.
Here are his words:
"My goal? It would have been better to score and get a win, we created many chances before Kessie's red card. We are disappointed because we wanted to win this match and put pressure on the others. We grow from these mistakes and we work with our heads held high."
Can Milan stay in with these teams in the Champions League?
"We know that the Champions League is different from the Serie A, but we have to grow from these mistakes and do the best possible next time."
On his start to the season:
"I'm happy for myself, but I think the most important thing today was to win..."
