The Argentine young attacker has his contract with River Plate expiring in December 2022. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, the Serie A club directors, are very keen on the player and would like to sign the talent during January's mercato session.
According to what is reported by Argentine-based outlet Olé, the Rossoneri club leaders would like to close the operation for the player in the next transfer market session.
The plan would be to land the signing of Julian Alvarez in January and send him straight back on loan to River Plate until June.
