The former AC Milan defender and legend, Alessanro Costacurta, spoke about the much anticipated derby against Inter which will be played this Sunday:
"Inter certainly are arriving better for the derby", he said to Sky Sport Italia, "especially because of Europe. The Rossoneri took some hits on the other hand."
Costacurta added:
"Before an important match like the derby, this (drawing or losing) could also be annoying and not allow the players to express themselves at their best. It makes me think so, because despite the last half hour against Porto these are slaps in Europe that hurt."
