January's transfer market window is approaching and the club management is getting ready as the directors study the moves that should be done to help Stefano Pioli in doing a good job with his squad.
There will be no 'revolution' in the next transfer window session. Two players will be leaving as they are not in the club's plans and they are: Samu Castillejo and Andrea Conti.
The former Atalanta wing-back sees his contract expiring in June already and may even leave in January while Castillejo is liked by Genoa and other Spanish clubs.

Other players are on AC Milan's agenda. Starting with Matteo Gabbia and Pietro Pellegri, both are not going to leave in January's window. The Italian youngsters will remain and fight for some space until the end of the season.

As for Franck Kessié, the negotiations for a renewal are really difficult and his contract expires in June 2022, but there are some chances to see him leave in January even in case a convincing offer arrives. For AC Milan, there is no need to sell just for the sake of avoiding a free transfer. Like Calhanoglu and Donnarumma, Kessié can remain until the end of the season in order to help his team in the league with the utmost professionalism.
