AC Milan do want to reinforce the attack with a quality player. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are looking into the transfer market to see if there is an opportunity to sign a profile who would give a helping hand to Stefano Pioli's squad in the league and future obligations.
As per Tuttosport in today's print edition, The Milan managers will meet the agent Edgardo Lasalvia in the next few days. Two of his clients who are on the Rossoneri radar are the following:
- Darwin Nunez of Benfica. He is a 22-year-old striker from Uruguay, former player at Spanish outfit Almeria. His contract with the Portuguese giants expires in 2025. He scored, so far in the league and Champions League 11 goals with 2 assists.

- Agustin Alvarez: 20-year-old centre-forward from Uruguay playing for Penarol. This season, he has been able to score 23 goals and 4 assists in 38 games. His deal runs out in June 2024 and is valued at 4.5 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.

AC Milan obviously want another striker, Giroud is injured while Ibrahimovic is playing overtime at the age of 40 and can risk injuries. As for Pietro Pellegri, he is having a difficult time to convince and get some minutes for himself.
