Stefano Pioli's AC Milan team has been having many problems in attack and defence in the last few games. In the start of the season, the team was doing well in the league as they were always able to score goals and play beautiful football. However, with injuries, everything is going downhill now.
The negative results of the last few days are the result of tactical, conceptual and field errors that the guys from Pioli are making. As per La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's edition, AC Milan's key problem is in the attack and it is relating to the shots on target.
In the last two Serie A games, in fact, against Udinese and Napoli the Rossoneri have made shots on target only on three occasions which amounts to an overall of one per 60 minutes.
This is a worrying statistic and AC Milan's Stefano Pioli hopes to return to winning ways and close the year with a win against Empoli tomorrow.
