Boubacar Kamara's future is not yet known. The midfielder (who is also familiar with the centre-back role) has a contract which runs out in June 2022. Marseille's board, for their part, have been trying really hard to keep him satisfied by proposing a new deal.
It seems, though, that the French jewel could be on the move to find a new adventure elsewhere. According to what is shared by Calciomercato.com, the player wants to stay and leave in the summer as a free agent, which ruined the plans of Marseille who were having some discussions to try to sell him in January's window.
As for AC Milan, they have been on the trail of Boubacar Kamara for some time now. AS Roma also moved for him in recent weeks. However, the Giallorossi are now close to securing the signing of Sergio Oliveira from Porto on loan with option to buy since Kamara does not want to leave in January.
There is an ongoing race for the 22-year-old star with Barcelona, Newcastle, Chelsea and Manchester United also interested besides Milan.
