AC Milan's central defender, Matteo Gabbia, keeps attracting more clubs as he could be available to leave on loan.
As per a report shared by La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning, Sampdoria are on pole position and do not give up on the trail that leads to the Rossonero number 46. Milan, for their part, are open to let their young starlet leave on a dry loan as they are aware that the talented Italian needs more playing time to develop himself.
According to what is reported by the same newspaper, another club has shown interest in the player: Salernitana have in fact entered the race for Matteo Gabbia. They are looking to reinforce themselves in the squad as they are on a salvation mission to stay in Serie A and avoid relegation.
AC Milan managers, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, would let the player leave if a new centre-back is signed, however.
