Tommaso Pobega has played well for the majority of the first half of the season with Torino under the guidance of coach Ivan Juric. The AC Milan loanee is in Turin in hopes to prove his worth and confirm his skills after a positive previous loan spell at Spezia last season.
AC Milan sent him on loan when his market value was set at 6 million euros, then, his value more than doubled, hitting the 14 million euros mark which made the club board of directors smile. But now the player has suddenly and inexplicably disappeared from the eleven starters, writes Pianetamilan.it.

It is no mystery that Torino want to keep him permanently and do not prefer the dry loan formula. However, Il Diavolo club see him as an excellent profile for the future and would ask for really important figures.
It is also not excluded, explains the same source, that he is now on the bench because Torino have understood that they can't keep the young star permanently and that is why they are trying to make other players grow instead of him.
Now, it is up to AC Milan to see what should be done. They can use him as a bargaining chip if they really want to sign the 20-million-euros rated Brazilian defender Bremer. Or, they can keep their Primavera graduate and bet on him for next season. A third possible solution, however, is that Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara would eventually choose to sell the card of Tommaso Pobega to another team for the highest price that they can possibly get.
