Ismael Bennacer spoke to DAZN after a great win against Inter to which he contributed with a good performance in midfield:
"In the first half of the game, they (Inter) were very compact. We did not find space. We knew there would be more space in the second half and we did well."
On the race for the Scudetto:
"These are three very important points for us and for our goal. Now we have to keep going forward."
On playing between the lines:
"We played a lot on the full backs, Inter also did well in the first half and they were compact."
What did you say to your teammates at half-time:
"I said that we need to do more. We were missing something but we were on the right path. We had to do more, we did it and we won."
Did you ever see Pioli run like that?
"No no (laughs). it's a special game, it's normal that you react happily like that."
Bennacer on what was said in the final group hug:
"I didn't hear too much, there were a lot of screams. We were very happy."
