Former French footballer, Bixente Lizarazu, was full of praise for the Portuguese midfielder who is a target of AC Milan. Here are his words, said yesterday during the half-time of the match between Lille and PSG which ended 5-1 in favour of Leonel Messi and his teammates:
"Without Verratti, Paris Saint Germain is not the same team. In terms of recovery and ball handling he is a fantastic player. I also really like Renato Sanches, but he is still like 'a crazy dog'. He needs to be more disciplined if he wants to reach Verratti's level."
