The AC Milan women's team, coached by Maurizio Ganz have dropped points against Napoli and have wasted the chance to go forward and reduce the gap with Sassuolo and AS Roma.
The Rossonere drew 1-1 against the Napoli side despite taking the lead and starting the game well by scoring in the 2nd minute thanks to Lindsey Thomas.
They red and black faithful, however, failed to hold on to the advantage they had as the visitors found a late equaliser in the 86th minute from a free kick thanks to Martina Toniolo.
