Since his arrival to AC Milan from AS Roma on loan, Alessandro Florenzi gradually started to earn the trust of Stefano Pioli. The experienced Italian full-back struggled at first as he was used at times in the right-winger role.
Later, the former PSG man started to show more of his qualities when he was moved by the gaffer in the lower position on the same flank. As a right-back, in fact, he showed good displays, and perhaps the latest one was against Inter in the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg.

This is how Alessandro Florenzi managed to convince the club directors and coach: by working hard and always being available for the boss' disposal. According to a report shared by Corriere dello Sport in today's edition, there will be a meeting soon between all the involved parties to make this loan a permanent transfer. The buy-option agreed upon with Roma is set at 4.5 million euros which Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara seem willing to pay.
