Bologna's manager Sinisa Mihajlovic who did hold the head coach position at AC Milan years ago, spoke about Gianluigi Donnarumma's choice to leave the Rossoneri. The Serbian 53-year-old did not hide his honest opinion and said the following to the microphones of the various media outlets present in a press conference:
"If there was a foul from Benzema on Donnarumma? I don't know, it's those gray situations that must be interpreted by the referee. You are too bad with Donnarumma, both the French and the Italian (media). You make him pay for everything, he did not make the right choice, I too spoke to him and advised him to stay, but he chose this way."
Mihajlovic added:
"But, if Donnarumma had not been there, Italy would not have won the Euros competition. He was the protagonist. He is a balanced boy."
