AC Milan managers Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara would love for the squad of Stefano Pioli to finish the season by being crowned champions of Italy. The team is currently 1st-placed in the Serie A with 63 points. But, 9 games are left to play. The focus now is on finishing the season. But, the club is aware that important reinforcements are needed in any case for the new season.

The Rossoneri directors who are in charge of making the transfer market decisions have quite a few names, reportedly, on their agendas at Casa Milan. One of the interesting profiles who may be targeted for a summer move is Tottenham's Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn. The former PSV explosive winger is not finding his best moment, unfortunately and Milan could offer him the right environment where he can find himself once again under the guidance of coach Stefano Pioli.

This is according to the Milanese newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning who claim that the pricetag for the 24-year-old's card has not been set yet. AC Milan may have an advantage if they decide to invest in Bergwijn because he is represented by the agency which looks after the interests of another Dutch target: Sven Botman.
