AC Milan managers, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are keeping track on different profiles in view of the next summer transfer market window.
The club's owners, Elliott, have always been clear when going into the mercato sessions. The main idea is to find young talents at affordable prices and launch them in the First Team to unleash their potential and become stars. This was seen already with Pierre Kalulu and Theo Hernandez for example. But, there are always exceptions for older players when important opportunities present themselves.

The club directors are keeping an eye on a new name now to reinforce the midfield in the future. Milan Reports understands that the managers of the Rossoneri as well as the scouting departments have kept an eye on the progress of Serbian central midfielder of Hellas Verona for some time now: Ivan Ilic.
Ilic is 21 years old and has already shown a glimpse of his potential in Serie A already with his team. The Serbian left-footed midfielder has a contract with Hellas Verona lasting until June 2026. In 27 appearances between Serie A and Coppa Italia, he scored 2 goals and made 4 assists.
The former Manchester City talent has attracted eyeballs this season and we are not only talking about AC Milan. In fact, Milan Reports can confirm that Napoli are also monitoring the player's situation. For the Rossoneri part, however, there have been no concrete approaches towards the player's entourage or the Hellas Verona board of directors. But, there is a great appreciation for his talent and it is not excluded that some contacts may be initiated in the summer.
