The AC Milan club directors are planning their moves in the transfer market already by initiating contacts with intermediaries and agencies to see what the possible mercato shots are in the summer.

As we have told you yesterday, Milan management did have a meeting with "Sports360 GmbH" who are a German-based agency who represent multiple players like Julian Weigl.
But, it seems that Milan are also interested in another client of theirs who is currently in the Premier League. We are talking about Chelsea's striker Timo Werner.

According to a report shared by Daily Express, the last defeat of Chelsea against Southampton 4-1 could be "the final straw" in Werner's stay at the Stamford Bridge. His agent, Volker Struth, is now seeking 'an exit route' for his centre-forward.
Signing with Borussia Dortmund could be an option. However, the agent travelled to Italy this week, and had talks with AC Milan, Atalanta and Juventus.
Werner was not the only topic of discussion. In fact, Daily Express confirmed what we have told you before, Julian Weigl has been discussed as he is unhappy in Portugal.
