AC Milan former legendary boss, Carlo Ancelotti, who won the Champions League twice from the bench of the Rossoneri, spoke to Radio Rai today about rumours sending him to the San Siro:

"I'll talk about it the day I close with Real Madrid: if I close with Real Madrid in 20 years I think I'll be able to retire instead of going to Milan. Milan is one of the few teams that I hold in my heart because it raised me: not as a player, but as a coach. Returning to Milan as director? There, there is Maldini who is doing so well. No need for two."

On AC Milan's reported interest in Marco Asensio:

"He is a player of extraordinary quality. In recent years he has suffered a major knee injury, his recovery has been quite slow. He is an important player and I can only make a technical evaluation. The future? I don't know what will happen. He is talking to the club about the renewal of his contract."

On Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future:

"After retiring, he could do anything, because of his knowledge of football and the dynamics of the locker room."

Carlo Ancelotti on his best victory:

"It is difficult to rank the results you get: there are always great satisfactions, especially the championships in which continuity counts a lot. The 2004 AC Milan championship was a good race, but how can we forget the one with Chelsea!"
